First time I went here I was unfamiliar of the place.
The inside looked pretty clean and the atmosphere felt welcoming.
I've heard about Jersey Mike's on TV but I never been inside the place.
Somebody recommended it to me, so I decided to try it out.
Their prices were little steep for sandwiches 🥪.
So I decided to choose regular size.
Some chips, a drink and a cookie.
Also a tip.
The whole thing cost like $19.
I went to a park to sit down and try it out and the sandwich was a little soggy and fallen apart.😔 I didn't like it at first because the sandwich size was like half a sub.
There was only one woman who is making the sandwich for me when I ordered.
It's not her fault but she was doing her job.
If you want to come here be my guest but I recommend stores and restaurants for a long sub sandwich rather than this.
👍 They didn't taste bad.👍 I just didn't like how it was made.🙁

I can not say enough about staff at jersey mike on hylan blyd.i go there almost every day and i am always greeted with smile everyone from employees to management is terrific they know my order and are polite.its always clean and food always fresh.

Not sure why this place is frequented.
We were so excited to finally try Jersey Mikes.
But the bread fell apart and was soaked in the vinegar from the mikes way.
You couldnt taste anything but vinegar and it was soaked.
Also we paid for bacon on the turkey provolone and didnt get it.
Also The employees ignored every instruction.
They didnt put mayo and cherry relish that we ordered and then the mayo on the side that I asked for in case they forgot it on the sandwich… they also didnt give.
Essential customer service is a hard job and I hope they are compensated well enough so that there is a motivation to not provide such horrible service and food .
Overall not a good location I guess.
But I wish them well!
