I recently celebrated my birthday at Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar, and it was delightful! 🎉 The cozy, trendy atmosphere was buzzing, but thankfully we had reservations. The staff surprised me with a “happy birthday” note written in crayon on our tablecloth - so thoughtful!

I indulged in the Peppercorn Crusted Yellowfin Tuna, which was rich and savory, paired perfectly with horseradish crema. My wife raved about the Herb Seared New England Sea Scallops on mushroom risotto. We also kicked things off with the Ahi Tuna Poke - pure perfection!

My wife loved the Herb Seared New England Sea Scallops served over mushroom risotto, while I savored the Peppercorn Crusted Yellowfin Tuna with savory onion jam.

We started with their Ahi Tuna Poke - so fresh and flavorful! Plus, their happy hour oysters, especially the Jax from VA, were a delightful surprise! 🍻 Overall, excellent service and delicious food. A must-visit if you’re in Fort Collins!
