September 24, 2024Jamaican Soul is a mixed bag for me! The oxtail and jerk chicken salad were fantastic - full of flavor and made with care! 🍽️ However, I found the portion sizes a bit lacking for the price, particularly during my last visit. The curry goat was $23 but just didn’t hit the mark, being too salty for my taste.
The service started rocky, but one staff member was friendly and made up for it.
Don't miss their delicious banana cookies and the cornbread, though! Overall, I’ll keep coming back for the good food, but I hope they’ll improve on those portion sizes... 🥘
