I recently enjoyed a delightful brunch at Jackson's Corner in Bend. The vibrant atmosphere was perfect for my family outing. I tried the Granola Bowl - an elevated yogurt parfait that was both refreshing and filling. The Lemon Twist Pastry was a lovely touch, featuring local bakery goodness.
For drinks, their coffee was exceptionally smooth! The outdoor seating made for a cozy experience, and the staff were friendly, ensuring our needs were met. Definitely a spot worth revisiting! 🍽️
