Salud Raw Food offers a delightful blend of fresh vegan options! 🌱 I stopped by for a quick lunch and indulged in the vibrant Rawkin tacos, which were packed with flavor. The outdoor seating gives it a lovely casual vibe, perfect for soaking up Bend's sun. Their coffee was surprisingly rich and satisfying too.

While it feels a bit on the pricier side, the nourishment I felt after was worth it. Make sure to save room for their cheesecake; it’s a must! I’ll definitely return for more nourishing comforts.
