I happened upon this store on my way from the Gulf Shore area, on my way home to Kentucky.I LOVE all the Jack’s I’ve been to, and I’m actually mad at myself for not stopping at one sooner! We don’t have them anywhere near home! I will say, the drive through line was wrapped all around the restaurant— but that’s par for the course on a Sunday after church time...with a beautiful day to boot! Didn’t bother me to go in, where I was greeted right away/she took my order.I did wait a bit longer than expected, but as you can see by my pics, it was WORTH IT!!! I love the food, and I WISH y’all would bring one to Louisville!! The burgers have delicious, soft, and buttered buns, with a nice helping of bacon 🥓 on them! There’s nothing like crispy bacon on a burger… and ALL ingredients were fresh! 😋 ANYHOO, Until then, I’ll see y’all when I head back down there to see my family! 🥰🥰🥰
The service is great but unfortunately the quality is terrible.This location serves really old food, probably because there’s never any customers.This is my second time giving it a chance because I’m a loyal fan of Jack’s and I haven’t had issues at my favorite locations.My mashed potatoes were dry in the middle like they weren’t fully mixed, the fries had black spots from burning and were very old, and the biscuit was old and dry and had clearly been sitting out.The girl in the drive thru is sweet but unfortunately that’s all I can say and I won’t be coming back here.😭😭

Got a late lunch around 3pm.No cars, so I assumed it be old food.I was totally wrong! Excellent big jack! Food was hot / Fresh! Fast & excellent service! Best Jacks around so far.Next one to me is Jordan Lane.Harvest is the bottom
