If I could give a zero star, I would. I have been patronizing this location for a long time, and I've never been treated so rudely. The cashier that took my order , I think her name is Dora, was rude and embarrassed me for no reason.i ordered a black iced coffee with my meal, waited for a few minutes after I received my food , and she brought the drink to me, I then realized it was incorrect ( I wasn't paying attention, and thought she would bring the same drink I had had before ( she also never asked me when I ordered "would like it plain, or flavored" , every time I have come here, they have asked me if I wanted plain or flavored.
That's part of their job, to confirm my order.
I said politely "I'm sorry that's not what I ordered, the picture on the menu shows it with creamer ( flavored creamer maybe?) She then proceeded to get loud, had a nasty attitude, and when she corrected my drink, I went to sit down to eat, and she started complaining loudly to another guest about how I ordered a black iced coffee and I didn't tell her I wanted flavor in it. I find this to be inappropriate customer service, and a very negative attitude.
At no time did I treat her badly, and at the end she kept complaining so I advised her that it is her job to ask, to confirm and if either one of us is incorrect, to be polite and courteous about it. In the very end, she would not stop yelling about it and I did tell her to shut up . All in all, her attitude and poor treatment of me actually caused my attitude. 0/10 for this visit, I won't be returning any time soon.

First the front entrance door was locked and It was very cold and drizzling and I use a seated rollater.
It took 3 minutes for them to come open the door. I placed and ordered for the Loaded Breakfast Sandwich Combo priced at $8.99 I have the coupon for $3 off of the Loaded Breakfast Sandwich Combo.
I paid $7.04 and was puzzled.
Once I received my receipt I saw the meal price with tax $9.39 and then the $3 applied and an additional tax applied.
I expressed calmly to the work that you cannot apply 2 taxes...
It can't be taxed twice.
It took her 6 request later nto return $.49 cent to me. I did enjoy the combo.

Carlos went above the norm in customer service!! he was so helpful to assist me in doing a 1st time ever app order to get an online special!! deserves a raise.
previously an older lady was rude & not helpful to get a Dodgers reward
