Are the Owners and managers instructing the workers, to rip off their customers, I have eaten at over a dozen El Pollo Loco and this restaurant, is the worst one of them all, because these mistakes happen multiple times. Terrible service, Horrible preparation of my food, I ordered on the computer touch screen, so to not makes any mistakes when ordering, not only did they prepare my order wrong, it was incomplete, I order chips and cheese and creamy cilantro sauce, it was not in my bag, so they stolen my money, then they put onions in my Pollo bowl when I selected not to when ordering so I had to throw it away, because I'm allergic to onions, I paid for new shredded crunchy chicken taco, but found out it had to be substituted for somethin else, because they ran out of the shredded crunchy chicken taco, so I told them I will take the Taco Al Cabon which is cheaper and I did not receive any money back for my taco substitution for something more cheaper.I paid for chips/cheese and creamy cilantro I did not receive, so I ended up paying $22.56 for 3 dried Taco Al Cabon with no cilantro sauce.

What kind of people do you guys hire at Pollo Loco.They always just walking around and look at there customers like if we are the problem what kind of place is that.The cashier's dont even speak English most the time.Then when you speak to fast they act like they can't hear you it's obvious they either don't speak English at all or they are very slow.Was showing my support to this location but it's obvious these fast food chains and workers think they are doing us favor by keeping them in business.I will make sure to not recommend this location to anyone and make sure as long as theres unprofessional workers who get away with acting dumb and not wanting to speak English.There's much more to complain about but these are the main reasons.

My order cost 17.06. This place will rip you off.The avocado slice was very very small, I didn't even enjoy it.Imagine paying that much, and you don't enjoy it.That is crazy.The chicken was small, very small as well. I told myself should I go and make a fuss,but didn't want to ruined my day.(Our day is precious)The lady that worked today at night, Feb 17.I hope you don't go there while she is working, because she will give you this cold eyes, than give you crumbs of what you pay for.
