Bubu's Restaurant is an absolute gem in Long Beach! 🌟 The cozy atmosphere and attentive staff make it feel like home. I tried the red chilaquiles and they were a flavor explosion - definitely a new favorite!
Their tacos are to die for; I had the chicken pastor and grilled fish, both bursting with freshness! And don’t skip the churros for dessert - they’re heavenly!
Parking is easy, and they even have outdoor seating for a relaxed vibe. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious, authentic Mexican comfort food. I’ll be back soon!
