The food was great the workers were great.
It did take a little long for our food, and it ended up coming in bags, even though we told them it was to eat there.
There were homeless people frequently walking by, and didn't feel very safe, but it's on a main thoroughfare in a semi large city.

Sometimes you just have to have Jack in the Box.
Glad you had a great time.

When we went to order our food we ordered 4 tacos and 2 milk shakes.
The gentlemen Giovani told us ok and to pull up to the window.
When we got to the window they charged us for the wrong order and when we told them it wasn't our order they seemed confused.
We told them our again and we were told that there wasn't any milkshakes available at this time.
As we explained to them that we were not told that the employee at the window rudely shut the window on us.
The female employee explained we would get a refund but we told her we still wanted our order of 4 tacos and then she shut the window on us all rudely again.
We paid for our tacos and left.
The service at this particular location always seems to be lacking in customer service.
And the employee this night and the manager on duty Giovani were down right rude.
