One time I was there trying to eat my order in the dining area and the employees were bickering through my entire meal.
So I only go to the drive thru and they always mess up ur order.
Terrible customer service.
Please find new management that knows how to hire responsible (non aggressive people) and once again! Get the order right the first time.
My soda was flat cuz it had been sitting on the counter for a while.
The girl on the drive thru tonight should be fired.

I absolutely love the pollo bowl, but when I come in I order the leg lover.
It's so flattering when I get to the register to order and Breanna greets me with a smile and says leg liover? All the people she sees and remembers me! Now that is service! The whole crew is awesome, never a long line,.
6499 n Blackstone is by far the best location people! I'd like to give them 10 stars!

I only come here because I don’t like to eat fry chicken and I chose el pollo loco for their cooked grilled chicken 🍗.
Service isn’t all that , tacos aren’t any better and doesn’t barely contain anything ..
they ripped me off with their tacos and chicken is too small , I’ll buy a a whole chicken 🍗 and barbecue it myself next time ..
don’t recommend em cause they don’t bring affordability and quality at all ..Terrible customer service as if it’s their first day working..
