El Pollo Loco on Blackstone Ave is my go-to for grilled chicken! 🍗 The pollo bowl is phenomenal and always hits the spot. I love how Breanna remembers my order - talk about personalized service!

However, I've had a few hiccups with my drive-thru orders not being accurate. It's a bummer when I get home and find half my tacos empty. 😅

Despite that, the food is delicious, and I've always found the atmosphere friendly. Just a reminder for the staff to improve on the order accuracy! Overall, I’ll be back for more tasty chicken!
