Jack in the Box

If you follow me you know by now how much I really hate to give bad reviews.
You also know I will only give them when it is completely warranted. Hopefully, it helps this particular location so they can get the help they need to improve.
This visit was on Tuesday February 27th at approximately 2:45 pm First, I must point out that we were the only customers inside and it took 20mins to receive our food.
It arrived cold, Burgers cold, fries warm, taco's room temperature, egg rolls cold in the center.
Very disappointed, because I heard how good the burgers were for some time, and wanted to try one.
I must say, one of us ordered the chicken sandwich, and though he had to wait longer for it.
It was great.
Fresh, was hot and delicious.
One of us ordered small french fry and the others ordered medium size.
There is an unnoticeable difference in the amount of product with either, as you will see in the video that follows.
So it kinda feels like we were slipped a fast one.
I will say no more and let the photos speak for themselves.
We will not be returning to this particular location again.
Best of luck to this establishment you're going to need it.

Hadn't been to a Jack in The box since Texas in 1997.
The ones here seem to be about the same as the ones there but they have new menu items.
My friend got the breakfast slider platter and I got loaded tiny tacos and egg rolls.
We both got tea which they messed up cuz that guess they can't hear the difference between sweet and unsweet.
My friend's platter was both hot and cold The things that were supposed to be hot well half of it was The other things were kind of cold.
The tiny tacos were just that little tacos about the size of a dollar pancake and they were folded in half with meat in the middle then to get loaded they just poured sauces on the top of the whole shebang.
But they were the yummiest part of the meal.
My friends meal she asked for crispy bacon and they actually got that right about the first place we've been to that has done that.
Overall not a bad experience we'll probably go back a couple times if not more.
Even though they're across the river from us and way far out.
Oh and I forgot to mention we received no utensils.
It's kind of hard to eat eggs with fingers or the messy tacos without a spoon.
Luckily we had some in the car.

Just want to start by saying the restaurant is still new to the area and it is popping!!! The drive-thru was wrapped through the parking lot and the dinning room was packed!!! I did not stay as it looked like everyone was waiting for their food, I’ll be back for sure. The building was super clean and there was a lot of parking.
