Jack in the Box

Didn't even want to give one star but it wouldn't let me post otherwise.
I have never been to any fast food location that is this careless about service and food.
1.
I specifically went because I wanted a breakfast burrito.
Well I was told we're out of all the breakfast food.
Not the first time every time I go for breakfast they don't have any breakfast.
Lots of time even in the mornings they are out of most breakfast items.
Anyways I went ahead and got the #7 Buttery Jack with curly fries.
Get to the window and the young man was not hateful, but not welcoming.
There were a few young ladies in there all laughing and talking loud, music being played very loud.
The atmosphere was almost like you weren't wanted & were an inconvenience to them.
But the food, the meat is hard, cold not warm at all, and the fries are cold and so hard you can hardly chew them.
The only thing worth having was the Dr.Pepper I got.
I will never go back to this location again.
I paid almost $14 just to have to go down the street to Whataburger and pay for something else.
Ridiculous.
If ppl don't want to work, then go home.
Don't make your customers pay for your unhappiness.

I had a decent experience with Jack in the Box.
The attendant at the drive-through order and delivery window seemed tired but she was very polite and friendly.
She repeated my order three times and didn't mind at the window before passing my food out of the window.
I requested a few more napkins and ketchup for my group and she wasn't bothered by it, at all.
She was knowledgeable about her brand and remained professional my short visit.
I will definitely revisit this place in the near future.
They should keep up the great work and keep in the back of their mind...you never know if yours will be the only light someone sees that day...so no matter what...LET IT SHINE!! Be prideful of who you are and what you are doing.
Stepping stones we find all along the paths of our lives and this could help them by leaps and bounds!! Experience is priceless and smiles are extremely contagious!🙂

I wanted to give no stars.
I came through this Drive-thru at 9:43 PM after a long day and ordered almost $40 in food when I bit into my burger and started to chew I had the longest piece of hair in my burger ruined my entire appetit.
When I returned to the window the employees laughed examine the burger for about 5 mins to say I don't see hair on it Ray Charles could have seen the hair on the Burger which was a Ultimate Bacon Cheese Burger I was gonna let them remake it before the black man came from the back laughing with the girls at the front pulling his hat off rubbing his head like it was a joke well just like they was at work I had a long work day was hungry and felt nothing was funny also the girls nails long enough to comb somebody hair with and not only did I leave like I arrived hungry but with less money because I was told the register was closed when this a 24 hours store and my food wasn't remade made the fries that had came with the meals was ice cold like the fact I have been a regular customer at this store during the day time and never had this problem the whole night shift needs to be fired suspension because the behavior was unacceptable and very unprofessional I'm very very disappointed I will not be back and will not recommend my friends and family and my family very big not to ever come to this location
