Jack in the Box

My experience at this Jack in the Box location was quite disappointing.
While their burgers are generally great, the focus of this review is solely on the specific establishment.
To begin with, it took me over 15 minutes just to place my order, and I was only the second person in line.
The employee seemed to have lost their focus and appeared overwhelmed by the tasks at hand. Furthermore, the condition of the store itself was far from satisfactory.
The overall cleanliness was lacking, with the soda machine being particularly dirty from the outside.
This raises concerns about the maintenance of the machine itself, as the inside might be even worse, potentially harboring mold.
Additionally, the bathroom was in a state of disarray and uncleanliness. Considering the subpar service and unsanitary conditions, I cannot recommend this particular Jack in the Box location for dining in.
It is a shame that such issues mar the reputation of what could be a enjoyable fast food experience.

This is one of those spots that I stop at for my late night snack fairly consistently.
The crew here is always friendly and efficient.
They genuinely seem happy, like they genuinely enjoy their jobs.. The food is consistently better than expected from a fast food place, and better than the other late night options.

Every time there's an issue at this location.
Last night I went through drive-thru nobody answered the call box and I waited and waited.
I finally drove up to the window and the manager was just leaning against the counter with the headset in her hand.
Slow service, the guy stood there while holding my food and having a conversation When you call the corporate office and they're not taking calls.
A horribly run organization.
I would suggest not shopping at Jack in The Box at all.
I like their tacos better than del Taco, but at least del Taco has good customer service.
I guess Jack in the Box doesn't care about revenue
