In-N-Out on Balboa Blvd delivers that classic California vibe with its casual outdoor seating. I ordered a Double-Double and a side of fresh-cut fries, which were a bit undercooked, unfortunately. The burger, as always, was delicious and customizable, but I must admit, it wasn’t hot enough this time. The drive-thru line was long but moved quickly, with friendly staff ensuring my order was accurate.
