This was my last time ordering from this location.Everytime ive ordered here for the last 4 years ive had issues.This time i was shorted an order of fries.And ingredients that were supposed to be on 2 of my sandwiches were missing ingredients that werent exactly minor parts of them.It took exceptionally long to get my food, but when i got it, it was already cold.I had ordered through the drive thru but had to go inside to get the order.Inside it smelled dirty.The drink machine has a sign saying out of order that hust looks old

Downloaded the app just to order some tacos.I do get cravings for Jack's tacos.Order placed 9:17.Arrived 9:28 when it was supposed to be ready for drive thru pickup.We were the only car there, and the 2 people working said nothing but just left us sit there at the pickup window.9:42 they finally gave us the 4 tacos, one drink and 3 piece chciken tender with fries.Fries cold, old and some not even chewable they were so old and hard.2 tacos were fresh, and OK while the other 2 were inedible.Deenched in sauce, left laying there the sauce soaked the paper wrap right onto the soggy limp shell.GROSS.Friend's chicken was not cooked though, cold/raw halfway in.drink was OK.So it took them from 9:17 until 9:42 to give us that bag of slop for $15.NEVER AGAIN JACK.Terrible response form the manager who could not even offer a replacement meal much less refund the price paid.

This place sucks.The problem solving skills are low to none.I'm in the drive through 20 minutes later I still haven't gotten my food, they have multiple forms of payment, and the manager is 30 to 40 minutes late.They could have walked 7 ft to the in-store cash register to process my debit card the whole time.20 minutes later I have no food, they're holding cash in hand and for whatever reason they keep opening the door to tell me they have a new solution only to reopen it and back track.Now I'm late to work, I have no food, and the solution was seven feet away the whole time
