The customer service was superb. The quality was sub-par. You can honestly make this quality if you drive to the grocery and bake yourself.I’m embarrassed to spend $50 on small portions, cheap scones, and dry ribs. But hey! At least they had ribs this time (last time we went they were out of ribs!!(10/22)) My to-go order did not have napkins, utensils, or boxes that were closed meaning our wings were at the bottom of the bag when we arrived home. Meh- it filled the stomach, but we won’t be going back.

Food was fresh, hot, and delicious.I ordered via Uber eats and was still very impressed at quality. My only suggestions would be to put the fries in something more sustainable and increase portion sizes because everything was excellent.

Not terrible BBQ, just nothing to write home about. Also wildly overpriced.nearly $25 for a pretty small 2 meat plate and a drink.Had the sliced brisket and kielbasa.Brisket was a bit dry but otherwise fine.Sausage was delicious.Pretty cool that there's 3 distinct types of BBQ sauce for self serve. As far as sides, pretty mediocre: got mac n cheese, baked potato casserole, and buttered toast.Like, everything is correct, it's all just pretty average.Really the price is the downfall here, this is not $20+ BBQ, it's probably worth half of what they charge.
