J C's Kitchen is a gem in Durham! 🌟 The atmosphere is cozy and historic, making it feel like home. I went for lunch and had the turkey wing curry - it was superb! The flavors took me right back to my grandmother’s kitchen.

I also loved the oxtails, tender and packed with flavor. The owner is a delight, sharing stories that add to the experience.

Just be patient with your order because everything is made fresh. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving authentic soul food! Can't wait to return... 🍽️❤️
