Izakaya Jinsei has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Eugene! 🌟 The atmosphere is casual and cozy, perfect for a relaxed meal. I highly recommend the Salmon Poke Bowl, which was fresh and delightful, and the Chicken Karaage was incredibly crunchy on the outside yet tender inside.

The service was attentive, and our server was genuinely sweet - she made sure we were happy throughout our visit. Plus, don’t miss out on that amazing $1 sake deal with a big beer! 🍻 I’ll definitely be back for more delicious food and good vibes!
