Iron Cactus Mexican Restaurant is a gem on the River Walk! 🌊
We enjoyed a late lunch with a stunning view. I ordered the Southwest Paella - spicy and delicious, but I wish there had been a bit more rice. My friend raved about the stacked pork enchiladas. The margaritas were good, particularly the swirl variety!
Our server, Cody, was friendly, though service was a tad slow - it was busy after all. Don't skip the Mexican donuts for dessert; they’re sweet and divine. Looking forward to returning for another round of that guacamole! 🥑✨

Iron Cactus offers a lively atmosphere along the River Walk! I loved the stuffed pork chop and stacked pork enchiladas - both bursting with flavor. Our server brought fresh hot coffee after a slight mishap. The homemade guacamole prepared at our table was an unforgettable treat! Can't wait to return!
