First time experience today, and we will return soon! The burgers are crafted, so it takes a while for your order if they are busy.My table got the Bearden, the Ober, and the Happy Holler! All were unique and delicious! The fries and onion rings were wonderful, too!
The staff was very friendly and the place had a very hip vibe to it.The staff was very friendly and prompt.I have a feeling good times are always had at this establishment. I ordered the Middlebrook burger.So far this was the best burger & fries I've had in Knoxville. The fries were at the perfect temperature, the fry was spot on, not too soggy and not too dry, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The burger was topped with a delicious pretzel bun.The patty itself was very beefy with a couple of mozzarella sticks on top (which like the fries were fried perfectly).The lettuce and tomato was as fresh as fresh can be.This was all covered with a jalapeno ranch dressing that was very creamy with just the right kick. If I was to complain about one thing it would be the price of the fountain drink.I don't mind paying more for higher quality ingredients.But paying $3.25 for a fountain drink is getting a bit out of control.This an industry issue not the grill itself. I definitely have to go back because there's so many things on the menu I wish to try.Including the gorilla balls, which was some sort of tater tot but I knew I could not eat an appetizer and my burger & fries alone.I'm going to need some friends! Lol
Honestly the best burger we’ve had in a long time! They are thick and hand patted.The fires were perfectly crisped and the staff was super friendly! Our waitress was very welcoming and kind.This is a hidden gem!! Didn’t get a chance to try a milkshake due to being full on just half our burgers! The decor is absolutely fabulous as well 💜
