I recently dined at Chef Ben, and I was pleasantly surprised! The hot and sour soup is a must-try - perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. I also had the General Tso's tofu, which was light and crispy outside while still soft inside.
The Dragon and Phoenix plate, featuring tender shrimp and chicken, was bursting with flavor, paired with perfectly crisp veggies.
