September 18, 2024Indaco is a hidden gem in Charlotte’s South End! 🌟 The moment we walked in, the cozy atmosphere paired beautifully with an open kitchen, setting the stage for a delightful evening.
We indulged in the burrata, which was divine, paired with fresh pesto. The mushroom pizza was a standout - the garlicky flavor combined with arugula made it unforgettable. The beet buccatini pasta surprised us with its unique twist!
Though it got busy, the service remained attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend making a reservation to ensure a spot! Can’t wait to return for dessert next time... 🍷🍕
