Illegal Pete's in Fort Collins is my go-to spot for tasty Tex-Mex! 🌮 Their rooftop seating is perfect for enjoying a sunset with a refreshing margarita in hand. I can't recommend the Big Fish Burrito enough; it’s stuffed to the brim with crispy fish, lime rice, and zesty tomatillo salsa!
