The worst iHOP I have ever been to.
We sat in the waiting area for almost an hour while looking directly at a table sized for us that needed to be bussed.
The hostess was not very nice.
I went into the bathroom to wash my hands but I felt dirtier after walking in there.
What a terrible way to treat a restaurant.
I always hope the food will make up for the other things but this food was nasty.
Couldn’t even get a smiley face right.
Some hot, some not.
It wasn’t that busy but the kitchen must not be communicating well.
Even the water was gross.
I’ll go to Dennys from now on.
Waste of 100 bucks.

Worst experience at any IHOP I’ve ever been to.
The overwhelming putrid smell right when you walk in should’ve been the first sign to walk away (they let homeless stay in front lobby). The restaurant was not busy at all.
It had 3 tables that already had their food and one table (2 people) waiting for food.
We waited over 30 minutes and our server never even greeted us, instead he started cleaning tables.
We let him know we were ready to order.
He said “I have to wait to give my cook time to catch up”.
There’s only two people waiting for food??? Not to mention, he could’ve at least greeted us and asked us what we want to drink. I understand things happen but this place was almost empty and we would’ve stayed if this waiter would’ve just said hello and got us some drinks. The owner or regional manager should pop in on the night crew : / Date of visit: 12/06/23 8:00pm

A clean place, with some chaos about the logistics but the attitude of the staff very good.
We had to wait like 15 minutes to enter bc there was full house.
