We found this restaurant online while trying to find specifically a fried catfish place.
We were pleasantly surprised that the food here was very good.
The portions were hearty.
The gumbo cup was very good. Most likely we will come back here.

Craving a finger-liking good, delicious meal? You've found the right place! The catfish is crispy and tastes and smells so fresh.
You'd also get a complementary hush puppies with two types of tartar sauce, a regular and a spicy one.
The spicy one seems to have some colorant added (see picture), nonetheless it is so tasty! For sides, the coleslaw is unlike anything i've tried.
It is SO good.
The dessert won't let you down.
The pudding was silky, smooth, and cold.
The peach cobbler could use a little less sugar however.
Try it.
You'd be glad you did.
P.s., it's a popular place amongst us locals so it stays busy.

Catfish Parlour is a rare find where you get a satisfying home meal prepared by caring people that know you need to unwind from a hard day’s work.
The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable that just takes you back to hometown tradition. From the moment you walk in you are greeted and asked what can I do for you? I noticed the staff would always be asking what else they could make guests comfortable by getting another drink or anything else. There are many options to choose including catfish, oysters, shrimp, chicken fried steak and salad.
Many sides offered: coleslaws, fries, rice pilaf, black eyed peas, mashed potatoes.
Hushpuppies are included for FREE! All of the food comes out delivered to your table just fresh and appealing.
The catfish and shrimp is nice and crispy but doesn’t have an oily taste.
Just amazing. Again the service is amazing.
I wish all restaurants shows as much care for guests as they do.
I was even offered a free drink and dessert while I waited for my food. I don’t have any affiliation with CP.
