IHOP in McAllen is always a great choice for breakfast! On a busy weekend, we had about a 10-minute wait, which was impressive. The pancakes were fluffy and served hot, paired perfectly with endless coffee. I tried their Cowboy Burger too, and it didn’t disappoint. Flavorful and satisfying. The staff was friendly, bustling around to ensure everybody was happy. A lovely spot for families looking to kick start their day! Can’t wait to return... 😊
