I actually went to IHOP on Christmas as there was a few going on with the family and I decided to be in a better person and spend the holiday alone so I figured IHOP would be a great place to just stop in, I was wrong it was super packed around 7:00 p.m.an emergency came up and I had to leave I said I placed my order I said I'd come right back.I was back less than an hour later and they said they decided to CANCEL my ticket... SINCE THAT WAITRESS HAD CLOCKED OUT ALREADY SMH (I'm not sure what the waitress has to do with me taking an order to go since she wasn't going to be serving the food to me!!) So the person I spoke to when I came in she remembered it being closed out and then she said she was sorry and she would put it back in.However, I did have to give a code for a free stack of pancakes and my phone was dead I said go ahead and put it in I'll charge my phone in my car and I'll give you the code when you on the food is done.That took over an hour and a half for the food that you see here in the pictures which was so poorly put together.They had no syrup they had no butter they had no ketchup and I heard that had spoken to a few delivery people from DoorDash that they ran out of hamburgers as well It was a catastrophe

Visited today for breakfast with 2 hungry toddlers.Took them almost 30 mins to bring our drinks.Took them forever to bring out food and no waiter in sight to ask for an update.The manager noticed me looking around for someone and came and asked if everything was ok.I told her food was taking a while and as soon as she walked back to the kitchen the waiter walks out with our food.It was cold, I’m sure it sat there for a while.Very bad breakfast experience.Will not be returning. This location needs to do better because I've heard similar experiences from family and I knew I shouldn't have gone here but it was closest to my destination.

We visited this place on October 23rd, 2020.It was our first visit to this location during the pandemic.We waited to be seated for more than 10 minutes.There were two waiters and one manger helping them for the entire restaurant ( which had more than 10 tables at time).The waiter was great, very friendly and welcoming.Although, it took forever to get our check because the waiters shortage.Mask is required, and social distancing is enforced.Food is super delicious and fresh.
