PROS: -Friendly staff -Pot of coffee is always on the table = no wait for refills. -Plenty of parking -Was open for business on Thanksgiving day which very much appreciated for a out of town couple CONS: -Waitress was totally inexperienced -Food was cold, had to send it back to be warmed up -Ventilation is not adequate.
We smelled like we sat in the kitchen OVERAL IMPRESSION Looks like a great breakfast place.
There are better options for dinner elsewhere.

Things were not clean when we sat down, which should have been reason enough to leave.
There were some boisterous customers that were a bit unnerving to have to listen to.
Service was slow, especially when we walked in, we were looked at by a few wait staff, a couple of whom remained seated.
No clear host was there.
The food ended up being okay, we stayed because they are my child's favorite pancakes. Dirty coffee pot, dirty syrup dispenser, dirty table.

Excellent customer service server was phenomenal there was a large group of us he was so patient so kind Kudos IHOP
