Literally had to take back 3 plates, I'm not a person that makes a big deal about my food or my service.I have very few reviews and even when I have an opinion I never want to make a business look bad.But the steak was supposed to be medium rare, it's well done, my fries were burnt, my nephews pancake was disgusting and soggy from juice before it got to the table, my daughter got strawberries for her happy pancake combo and none were on it.Waited forever on our food, including have to rewait for all the remade food that wasn't made correct.They were dead inside, so no it wasn't busy.I got the steak back and it was more done the last time than the first...I know our waitress was probably upset, and it's not her fault but this was the worst "nice restaurant" experience I've ever had.Second time in Knoxville that this has happened.Then my food was literally taken off the table, when I personally said if there is food on the plate leave it for boxes for us to take with us.I literally got 10% taken off the entire Bill not just my bill when my steak was literally 17.99 and I still paid $45 to eat nothing.I wasted my money coming here I understand you guys literally have a million other customers and just one doesn't matter but my family won't be back.I am so disappointed in not only the food the quality of the food the price that I had to pay for food that I didn't even get to eat but also food that God discounted that I didn't even have it wasn't even my part of the bill.

Food was cold and seemed liked it had been pulled from the fridge. No one hardly checked on me and I had to go up to the kitchen to ask for eating utensils. There was syrup poured in both salt and pepper containers.

Really good food.Something tells me that our waiter was new or just slightly inexperienced. The worst thing about this location was the radio kept spazzing and static sounds.It was funny at first and then it wouldn't stop for more than 3 seconds.
