Ichiban Sushi is a cozy gem in Bakersfield! 🍣 The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a laid-back meal. We tried the vegetable rolls, which were fresh and flavorful - not oily at all. The miso soup was a delightful start, and my daughter loved the lemonade!

While the table was a bit sticky, our server was friendly and efficient, ensuring our orders came out fast. They even offered wonderful green tea!

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily return! 8/10 for a lovely dinner... 🌟
