Located among the ancient Via Appia, this unique restaurant will further immerse you in antiquity.
Besides Italian classics, the menu features several dishes and deserts inspired by Roman gourmet Apicius.
The passionate chef enthousiastically explains the details and context of the meals. A truly great experience and a great way to end a day after traveling the ancient Roman road. The meals we have had in pictures below: Vivaruium Anatis: Duck breast and honey sauce Pullum oxizomum: chicken in leeks, vinegar and garum Patina Cotidiana: Lasagna with beef ragout

Beautiful location along the Appian way in Rome.
The setting and atmosphere couldn't be better.
