Hooters

The experience at this Hooters location was highly disappointing.
The wings were served cold, as if they had been forgotten on the kitchen counter.
The fries were cold, lackluster and tasted old.
While we understand this isn’t fine dining, the quality of the food fell far below even basic expectations for a chain restaurant. To add to our disappointment, the manager only addressed our concerns after we mentioned the issue with the wings.
While he promised to rectify the situation, the replacement never made it to our table.
Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, our waitress seemed inattentive, repeatedly asking if we were ready to pay despite our plates still being half full. Ultimately, our wings replacement never came to table we left feeling let down by both the food and the lack of hospitable service.
It’s regrettable that we wasted our time and money on such a subpar dining experience.
While we acknowledge the hard work of the staff, there’s a clear need for improvement in both hospitality and service.
We won’t be returning anytime soon.

Stopped by from out of town.
I had never eaten at a hooters and my husband always said the chicken wings were really good.
We ordered A LOT of food.
Fried pickles, chicken wings, chicken tenders & a chicken quesadilla.
I really enjoyed the lemon pepper & Parmesan Garlic.
My husband ordered Buffalo Mild.
The wings were cooked well according to our request.
However, my husband said the buffalo sauce was different and NOT like it use to be...
or at least not like it is back home (Oklahoma).
My son's friend ordered BBQ & it took awhile for it to come out.
We also ordered 2 other meals for our other 2 kiddos.
We also ordered drinks for them...
Which it took them asking for refills to get a refill.
My husband and I both ordered alcohol.
My husband had 2 beers and I ordered a margarita.
The margarita that was brought out was disgusting.
It tasted like medicine.
Our waitress was nice enough to bring me a different one.
It was a frozen version of a margarita...
it was pretty melted, but drinkable.
I felt bad about complaining about the 2nd drink so I just accepted it.
The drink was weak.
Basically no alcohol.
The waitress said they would remove the 1st margarita, but it appeared on the bill.
I was so annoyed I just wanted to leave (which we did).
We visit Amarillo a lot.
This Hooters will not be the #1 meal choice for us.

Decent food, great service.
I’ve been out of the country for a while so I was dying to have some Buffalo wings.
Well they did not disappoint - classic hooters flavor. I came on a Wednesday night and it was dead.
Only a couple people at the bar and I was the only one at the table.
