I had the pleasure of visiting Hongda Chinese Restaurant for the first time and what a delightful experience it was! The owner, who runs the place single-handedly, greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm. We tried the "Melon ice bar" based on his recommendation, and it exceeded our expectations! 🍧

The food was fresh, delicious, and definitely a step above typical takeout. Although it took a little while to prepare, the quality made it worthwhile. Plus, my kids loved it too - definitely toddler approved!

I'll be back for sure to explore more of the menu and those unique snacks they have! 🥢
