Hong Kong Inn is my go-to for satisfying Chinese comfort food in Springfield! 😊 I visited for lunch and indulged in their signature cashew chicken - it's hearty and flavorful, truly embodying that Springfield twist. The egg rolls were crispy, served hot, and just what I needed.
