All I can say is if you visit Chicago, this place is a must.
I have been eating here since I was a child, and the consistency is the same and they will always be my favorite pizza place in town.
I’m so glad I get to share it with my children now.

Our first time visiting & giving it a try.
Did not meet expectations.
Wings were very gooey and fatty really no flavor.
The pasta “penne a la vodka” right from how it looked … pale and no color.
Taste I can’t explain ….
Think of eating a low scale Mac and cheese.
Garlic bread had a weird taste.
Cocktail was terrible (strawberry daiquiri) and pizza… pizza aaa alright almost tastes identical to the frozen one you can buy at store.
Nothing amazing from this place.
Atmosphere and ambiance isn’t there.
Floors are dirty.

Hey, your guy is back.
I have been going to Home Run Inn from the time they first open their doors on 31st street and many more pizza joints. They had gotten a 5 star due to service and presentation of their food and did not mention how good and hot the food was. I NEVER SEEN A PIZZA SO WELL MADE AND PRETTY I HAD TO TAKE PICTURE. THATS MY JOINT NOW....BRINGING FREINDS BACK.
