I came around 11:40ish.
It wasn’t crowded in here.
I ordered the new Philly steak with fries, white cheddar macaroni, molted chocolate cake with ice cream .
I had a very polite server (Juree) I’m misspelling her name probably.
My food was hot .
I didn’t like the macaroni because it was undercooked.
My dessert came out first as requested ..
thank u !! I left full and satisfied.

I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta through curbside and the chicken was as hard as a rock literally.
Called back and the manager said all the chicken was cooked that morning which had to be a lie.
Threw all the food away and the manager offered me a refund.
Hopefully I get my refund.
I’ll update in 3-5 business days.
UPDATE: had to contact corporate and they had to process my refund.
This location has sad managers lol like y would I want u to remake my food after y’all purposely put old chicken on it? Then y lie saying u processed a refund but didn’t ? Anywhoooo I wouldn’t wanna be a manager at chilis anyways so I guess I get where the unintelligence and unprofessionalism comes from.
