Thank you for a perfect Saturday evening.
The Hoagie was super amazing. From the time I walked in, I was welcomed and assisted to choose the best Hoagie.
The gentleman at the door and the counter were very polite, and chef is remarkably friendly. After a short walk home, I ate half the hoagie, rest I ate after smoking the cigar and the 30 and 40 yr old porto.
The flavors bursted in my mouth from the first bite.
The bread perfectly compliments the meat, all the spices, and the beautiful juices. I paired the half of the hoagie with a 10 and a 20 yr old Quinta Das Carvalhas.
The 10yr old porto made the salt dominant, but the bread equalizes the flavor (maybe next time I will ask for less salt).
The 20 yr old porto is the perfect combination, she makes the flavors sweeter and creamy, my tongue savored the flavors and made my mouth water, only wanting more. Lighting a beautiful Cabaiguan after the hoagie only accentuated the flavors, and enhanced the smoke to perfection, along with a 30 and 40 yr porto and reading an amazing book. Thank you Hoagie Steak Out for making this one of the best Saturday evenings, I would love to try you rice bowls next. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Decent place, over the years it seems like the sandwiches have been having less toppings, but still tasty.
