The Province is a hidden gem for late-night cravings! 🌙 Open until 1 AM, this Asian fusion spot in San Jose has a cozy vibe with big screens and a lively bar atmosphere. We started with the half-dozen fresh oysters - so fresh and paired with tangy sauces! The Mongolian beef was a standout, bursting with flavor.

Service could be hit or miss; we faced a short wait, but thanks to our attentive server Karen, everything turned around.

Sushi rolls and Pho are also on the must-try list! Can't wait to come back! 🍣✨
