Hinotez is a cozy Japanese restaurant that truly captures the essence of casual dining! The service was impressively fast, and I loved their extensive tea selection. I ordered the garlic edamame and katsudon - both were highlights of the evening, bursting with flavor.
While I wish the katsudon had a bit less sauce, the atmosphere made up for it. The computerized menu was a tad tricky to navigate, but the staff was patient.
A great place for lunch or dinner - I'll be back for sure! 🍣✨
