Himalayan Kitchen

My friend and I have been trying foods from various cultures, and last night we went to The Himalayan Kitchen.
The owner and her brother thoroughly explained the menu and depending on what we like, they would customize it for us.
This morning I reflected on my experience there, the owner and her family provided an exceptional one! The food was exceptional too! 🤩 The honey ginger naan was to die for! We started off with the Chicken 65 (a definite must-try!).
For our entrees, I had the Vindaloo and my friend had the Butter Chicken, both were equally tasty! You can taste all the love and care they put into their food! I’m looking forward to visiting with my family soon! I know it’s an experience they will enjoy!

My wife and I have been here twice and absolutely love it! So far we've tried the Himalayan sizzling grill , the vindaloo chicken masala, chicken biriyani, pillowy naan bread, cauliflower manchurian, chicken samosas, and Himalayan goat curry (over two visits).
Everything has been so flavorful and SO FRESH! Food is always steaming hot and filled with spices and great aromas.
*Different spice (heat🔥) levels offered, and they don't play 👀 Servings are enough for two or you will definitely taking home leftovers.
The waiter is very soft-spoken but always very friendly and attentive.
The place itself doesn't transport you to the Himalayas, but the food sure does.
The only thing I wasn't too happy with was on the sizzling grill, the bone-in chicken pieces were too dry.
🤷‍♂️ I still ate them cuz they were so flavorful, but I'd still be willing to give it another shot! I'm definitely coming back again to keep trying all the different items on the menu.
Such great variety and very reasonable prices for the amount of food and quality of food you're getting ! 🔥👍 You should definitely try this place at least once.

Amazing place, the staff were very welcoming and exceeded my questions for suggestions, giving details of menu items. For starters, I ordered the Somosas, which thoroughly satisfied my craving for something out of my normal cuisine routine.
It came with 2 sauces: one was a green, cilantro/garlic mixture & the other was a brown, sweet & savory dip, and both complimented the dish well. For the main course, I ordered lamb Tikka Masala! I've experienced British Indian cuisine, and this place is up to, if not surpasses, the quality from previous taste.
Not too oily, not too sweet, even with only ordering the mild spice, in which I would level up to medium or hot.
This dish made a great start to my week.
The flavor was bold but grounded, savory in all the right ways, and seasoned to perfection! A return is due, and I highly recommend visiting at least once, whether you're a fan of Indian/ Nepalese cuisine or first-timer; enjoy!
