Hibachiana is a fantastic spot if you're craving a unique hibachi experience in Baton Rouge! 🌟 I tried the Cajun seafood fried rice, packed with crawfish tails and sausage - such a delightful surprise! The beef, chicken, and shrimp hibachi was flavorful, and the portions were generous - perfect for sharing.

The star of my meal was the boudin egg rolls - crispy and delicious. Everything arrived in about 15 minutes, and despite the plastic silverware being a little flimsy (they could use an upgrade!), it didn’t overshadow the delicious food. Definitely a hidden gem worth visiting! 🍽️
