China Express is a hidden gem in Baton Rouge! 🌟 I’ve become a regular, dining here 2-3 times a month. Their Singapore Noodles are a must-try - hands down the best I've ever had! The owner and his wife, Nina, are genuinely friendly, making every visit a pleasure.

I also enjoyed the teriyaki chicken, which was deliciously tender, though I did find the crab rangoon just okay. The Szechuan beef was a bit off, lacking that signature spicy kick. But don't miss the shrimp and broccoli; it's a delightful spicy dish that keeps my taste buds dancing!
