Hibachi Express was a delightful surprise! 🍱 Located in Castleton Village, I ordered the Steak Hibachi, which was cooked perfectly to medium. The combination of tender steak, sautéed cabbage, and rice was comforting and fulfilling.

The atmosphere is casual, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, and I appreciate their efficient service. Although they serve food in to-go boxes, there’s ample seating.

Even with plenty of DoorDash orders, my meal arrived fast and hot. Overall, great food at a reasonable price - I’ll definitely be back for more! 😊
