It's a really good breakfast spot.
Its breakfast so in my opinion u really cant mess it up.
We sat at the bar.
Had a really good time.
Atmosphere was great and the bartenders were super accommodating.
I would definitely stop again.

I have never had a problem with my order or anything else here.
The hostesses always greet me with a smile.
I have never had a wait for more than 10 minutes for a table.
The server who has waited on me several times remembers me from another restaurant we used to enjoy before it closed.
I like their Coyote Omelet with Christmas tree sauce.
I get it with a side of Cottage cheese.
The fresh coffee ☕️ is always good, and my cup never gets cold.
I am anxious to see the new location open along I-35 frontage road just north of Buffalo Wild Wings, which I have visited once or twice in the past few years.
I would much rather spend my time enjoying great food at Hatch Scratch Kitchen.

Everything we ordered was spectacular.
The service was impeccable and the venue was well lit and very fun and fast paced. The pancake was huge.
The hash browns were amazing.
My omelet was phenomenal 😍 🙌 ✨ 👏 ❤ I would definitely recommend that anyone and everyone go try them out at least once or twice. I honestly don't think that there could have been a better choice for breakfast this morning and I'll definitely be going back to try more menu items just because what my brother, wife and I thought about it. The service was great and she kept our🍸 full and she was very attentive
