If you’re in Kansas City, Gorditas Durango is a hidden gem for authentic Mexican comfort food! 🌮 I tried their famous gorditas, which are delightful corn-filled pockets - so cheesy and satisfying! I paired mine with a refreshing horchata, and I was in heaven!

The cozy, casual atmosphere makes it perfect for a warm lunch. Although they’re cash-only, the free parking is a huge plus.

I can’t get over how close these gorditas come to my abuela’s! Can’t wait for my next visit! ☀️
