Overall Rating: 0/10 This place falls short on many levels, with the most significant problem being a blatant disregard for customer respect.
It's a situation where the lack of care for customer service is apparent, making it impossible to recommend. Service: 0/10 The counter staff appeared to be having a difficult day, displaying irritation and busyness.
However, this does not excuse the rudeness encountered, especially towards phone customers, giving the impression that customer inquiries were an inconvenience.
Additionally, receiving a burnt pizza that was carelessly flipped on its side upon delivery only further demonstrated a lack of attention to customer satisfaction

I have eaten 1000s of pizzas 🍕 across the US and in Canada.
We had a plain cheese and the other half pineapple topping.
It was okay but not delicious.
Crust was fine.
Cheese was OK.
Pizza had very, very little sauce.
I just couldn't get that great pizza flavor happening.
Sorry Gino's.
Service was superb.
Filling but not fabulous.

Reading the comments and I see what is going on now.
I used to come here a lot last year and got the same order.
I literally went there 15min ago and was shocked! The pizza crust was super burnt at the bottom, and it looked like they threw the spinach AFTER reheating the pizza.
It's crazy what new management/owners would do.
Literally was the best pizza closest to NY pizza...
It's definitely not the case anymore.
