I recently dined at Genghis Grill, and it was an enjoyable experience! The create-your-own bowl concept is fantastic, allowing for endless combinations. I opted for the large Make Your Own Bowl with shrimp, pork, and a mix of veggies like cauliflower and mushrooms. The fried rice was fluffy, and the spices were spot on - just be careful with the sauces!
The atmosphere was trendy yet casual, perfect for a laid-back meal with friends. Just a heads up, I did notice a few fruit flies around, but it didn’t spoil the meal. Can’t wait to go back for another round! 🍜✨
