I recently dined at Galapagos Restaurant and Bakery, and it was a delightful experience! The Ecuadorian cuisine was a tasty exploration; I particularly loved the hearty Encebollado for lunch - a flavorful fish stew that hits the spot.

The cozy ambiance made it perfect for a casual meal, and the dessert options were absolutely incredible! Their tres leche cake is a must-try!

Service was friendly, and the convenience of delivery is a huge plus. I can't wait to return for breakfast next time! 🌟
