The dining area could use some love but the food makes up for it.By far, this spot has the most flavor packed Spanish food i tried in a while.I would say the price is a bit on the high side but if they keep the flavor and the portion just how it is, they can get away with it.
If I could, I'd give this 3.5 stars. The Service was ok, but nothing special. The prices are not cheap, we paid $94 for 2lbs of blood sausage, 8 potatoes balls, 1 mofongo and one plate of dine in food, but it's not as pricey as other places either. Parking is tight as it is a busy place, though it's high turnover. The place is pretty clean and open spaced. The food is nothing particularly special, but it is mostly made fresh for you which I really appreciated. Overall, I would recommend it and will come back back here in the future at some point. Next time I will stick to the Morcilla, Bolitas de papa and maybe some mofongo
It is our first time to try puerto rican food and so far we like it.We're supposed to try their coconut ice cream only but we ended up trying out some of their dishes such as meat and cheese empanada which I like and their coconut ice cream reminds me of philippines. Will try others from their menu next time.
